Special Needs Service

1. All persons with Special Needs such as Visually Impaired people, Home Bound, People with Reading Difficulties and other special conditions can make use of the service which is free of charge.
2. No postal charges are incurred by the patrons.
3. Cassettes are borrowed for a period of 4 weeks
4. Clients can renew their loans by phoning up the Special Needs Unit on the telephone numbers at the top (extension 254)
5. The Special Needs Library will follow up the marked selections that are made by the client on the updated catalogue which is sent by post to the patron's home free of charge, but cannot guarantee any type of choice sequence for delivery. On the other hand, the selected title is always delivered in its complete number of cassettes.
6. Patrons are not to discard any tapes that get damaged while in their possession but are required to send them back with the other cassettes in their respective pouches and marked as damaged.
