Archives

This section deals with enquiries from researchers regarding the archives, manuscripts, incunabula and rare books conserved at the National Library. It provides information on the above but does not undertake extensive research on behalf of individuals. It keeps contact with other archives in Malta and abroad and liaises with the Malta Centre for Restoration regarding the conservation and restoration of manuscripts and books. It also collaborates with other entities in organizing exhibitions both on the Library premises and elsewhere.
