Customer Care

The duty of the Customer Care Unit is primarily to orient and guide the visitor or researcher in the use of the Reading Room. Besides providing information and answering simple research queries, the unit is also responsible for the inputting of personal data of both researchers and visitors. The Unit is also available to deal with complaints and any suggestions that the clients might have.
